We have some terms and conditions that we thank you for noting:

  • Multi-course packages are time-bound. If you are registering part way through the programme cycle, some modules may have already taken place and be unavailable. You are welcome to join the courses scheduled or added for the remainder of the specified time period.
  • If for some reason you are not able to attend a course that you have registered for, you are welcome to transfer your seat to another person. Please just send us their name and contact information. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to courses. If cancellation occurs more than 2 weeks prior to the course, you are welcome to select another course to attend, or we can provide a refund (less any fund transfer costs that may apply).
  • Some modules, based on their design, have a capacity requirement for maximum or minimum numbers of participants. We may need to cancel or postpone a module if this is the case and will let you know if this occurs, with a refund of course.
  • We make every effort to stick to the published dates and locations; however, due to circumstances beyond our control, we sometimes need to make changes to our programme calendar. As such, the dates and locations listed on the website are subject to change. We make every effort to notify those registered for any programme of any changes as soon as possible.
  • For the Bright Green Learning Academy courses, we are happy to provide materials and coffee breaks; please note that lunches or other meal charges are at each participant’s own expense.
