Ashanut is an experienced development practitioner who supports interventions that promote human rights, governance, gender equality, and institutional/organizational strengthening in Africa.
Holding a Master of Laws and trained in Organizational Development, she has a both a sound understanding of human rights and social justice issues, and the skills to facilitate processes that lead to growing consciousness, challenge perspectives and promote new learning. She is the managing director of Akijul.

Cuauhtémoc León
Cuauhtémoc has over twenty years of professional experience as an advisor, evaluator and project manager in the fields of sustainable development and environmental management. He has studied Marine Biology and Ecological Science and holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Both a LEAD Fellow (Leadership for Environment and Development) and the Academic Director for LEAD based at El Colegio de Mexico, he has worked in capacity development and training for sustainability leaders in Mexico and globally.

Emelia has more than 25 years of experience in knowledge and learning management with core competencies in policy analysis, strategic planning, organizational and institutional development, and gender and inclusion.
She works in the private, NGO and public sectors on programme/project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. She has strong skills in facilitation and training, as well as capacity building and leadership.

Eoghan O’Sullivan
Working in the Geneva area as That Comms Guy, Eoghan is an independent communications consultant with more than fifteen years of experience, mostly for international membership-based nonprofit organizations, with a broad focus on creating content and engaging communities.

As director of The Learning Flow, Florence designs and develops learner-centred training programmes with an impact, in residential and online situations. She uses a range of innovative, participatory and situated (relating to professional contexts) training activities.
The capacity-building programmes Florence designs support learners’ engagement with peers and information, creating opportunities to discuss challenges and envision solutions.

She has worked all over the world building the transformative change and leadership capacities of people, organizations and business.

Jennifer Milliken
Jennifer is a graduate of Bright Green Learning’s academy on facilitation and collaborative process design. She is also an event designer and programme director with more than 15 years of experience working on sustainability, climate action and gender & equality.
She brings a research attitude and teamwork to the projects she joins, along with a 360-degree skillset including staging, interactive meeting design, interview scripting, and relationship management with VIP speakers, stakeholders and committees. She can also support on reporting and template design.

Mabel works with both corporations and public sector organizations assisting with leadership, strategy development, branding and communication, management and enterprise development. She is actively involved in consultancy work in Zambia and in the wider region.
She is a qualified U-Theory facilitator and trainer in transformation and change leadership and also certified in cross-sector partnering and brokering.
